United Kashmir People's National Party( UKPNP) Central Spokesperson Sardar Nasir Aziz Khan in a press statement strongly condemned killing of young Kashmiri Fazal Hussain in Islamabad.He said that another young Kashmiri is kidnapped, abducted and killed in Islamabad. According to news reports the body of Fazal Hussain a resident of Rarbun Pakistani held Jammu Kashmir who was kidnapped and abducted from Rawalpindi three days ago, his dead body is recovered from Islamabad forest.

Fazal Hussain, son of Nemat Hussain, used to work at Serena Hotel, Rawalpindi. He left his residence three days ago and was then abducted. Despite three days of searching, reporting and FIR, no trace was found. Three days later, Fazal Hussain's body recovered from the jungle of Islamabad.

Due to lack of interest of the police, the youth was killed. The vehicle in which he went out of the house has not been recovered yet, the reason for the abduction has not been ascertained.
Sardar Nasir Aziz Khan further said that this is not the first incident. There is a long list of Kashmiris who have been killed across Pakistan including ciptal city Islamabad.

In 2013 Arif Shahid Chairman of All Parties National Alliance APNA was assassinated in garasion city Rawalpindi but no action has been taken against culprits till date. Many questions are being raised about kidnappings and murders.The person working in Serena Hotel was not a wealthy person.There is so much animosity towards him who kidnapped him, why he was abducted and killed. It is not known yet.The abduction was reported to the police in time but Rawalpindi Islamabad police as usual did not take any interest and didn't try to recover him.

Here question arises how long will Kashmiris continue to Killed like this?

How pity that Kashmiris are being kidnapped, abducted,extra judicially killed across Pakistan including garasion city of Rawalpindi and capital Islamabad but not a single muderer arrested yet.
Mr. Khan said this is the prime responsibility of Islamabad to protect life and liberty of those Kashmiris who are living under its administration she must take action against those who are involved in extra judicial killings of Kashmiris and families of victims must be compensated.
