Do You Want to Be a “Nice Guy”? Dr Shabir Choudhry
A “nice guy” is often perceived as someone who is:
· predictable
· an approval-seeker
· overly compromising
· conflict-avoidant
· emotionally flat
· quiet and unassertive
· boring
· hesitant to take initiative
· unwilling to challenge wrongdoing
· not a change-maker
· living within parameters set by others
· decent, but not respected or desired
· reluctant to act because he worries too much about what others might say
Above all, such a “nice guy” is often not taken seriously, and many women may not find this kind of personality attractive.
So, do you still want to be a “nice guy”?
