India’ s plan violation of United Nations resolutions which form the legal base
of Kashmir conflict. He said that Kashmir is internationally acknowledged and
accepted dispute which needs to be resolved as per the aspirations of Kashmiri
people which can only guarantee peace in South Asia.

intervene while terming the time most favorable for them as the India is
disrespecting the passed resolutions and international laws.
He also criticized state government

missing since from past days in Delhi, where he was with his father.
Zaffer said that he talked to the
family of Roman Amin Ganie of Jandwal Pulwama and expressed sympathy with them.
He said that it the primary responsibility of local authorties to find out the
missing as they know that nobody from Kashmir is safe in any other part of
India.
“It seems state government hasn’t

help the family in tracing out the missing boy.” He said.
Zaffer Akbar also justified the
protest of Kashmir University students against the shooting of bollywood film
inside the camps and said that films can’t heal the wounds of Kashmiri people
neither can’t change the mindset of kashmiri youths. He said that it is
understood from the past that Indian cinema has never projected Kashmir freedom
struggle in right perspective.
