Why did Army refuse to fire on the protestors in Islamabad? Arif Aajakia

Why did Army refuse to fire on the protestors in Islamabad? Arif Aajakia
Please read and decide yourself.       02/09/14
1970: The government asked Army to fire on Bengalis in East Pakistan protestors. Army obliged and said that yes Bengalis are terrorists and killed millions of Bengalis.

1973: The government asked army to fire on Baloch people in Balochistan, who were asking for their rights. Army obliged and said that yes Baloch are terrorists and bombarded Balochistan and killed thousands.
1977: The government asked Army to fire on protestors in Lahore. The army refused and said that they are our own people, we cannot fire on them. Ultimately Army declared Martial Law and deposed elected P.M. Z.A. Bhutto and hanged him.

1979: The military government said that SIndhis are terrorist and decided to wage operation in interior Sindh with air gunships and killed thousands of Sindhis, who were protesting the hanging of Sindhi P.M. Bhutto
1992: The government asked Army to wage operation against Mohajirs in the Urban Centres of Sindh, in particular in Karachi and Army obliged and said yes Mohajirs are terrorists and killed thousands of Mohajirs.

2005-2014: The Military government decided to wage operation in Balochistan as they said that Baloch are terrorists and killed thousands, including 80+ years old Baloch leader Nawab Bugti and elected MPA Baalach Marri.
2006-2014: The Military government first and then on the diretions of civilian government, waged multiple operations in FATA and KPK saying the Pakhtoons are terrorists.
2014: The government asked Army to fire on the protestors in Islamabad, who were protesting under the leadership of two leaders from Lahore, Punjab. Army refused and said that no they are our own people, we cannot fire on them.
Moral of the story. When Army was asked to fire on Punjabis in 1977 and 2014, they refused, saying that they cannot fire on their own people while they whole heartedly waged bloody operations against Baloch, Sindhis, Mohajirs and Pakhtoons saying that they are terrorists. Decide yourself the moral of the story

My note:
Arif Baahi very true. You have provided a summary of main events where Pakistan army, either killed fellow Pakistanis or refused to kill in Punjab. However, you have missed out how we people of JK have been treated in so called Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. We became victims of Pakistani aggression in Oct 1947; and since that date we people of JK have become victims of Pakistani bullets in various parts of the JK State, including Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.Bottom of Form

Arif Aajakia’s reply:

Sorry to say but Shabir Choudhry bhai, "azad" Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan are two prized colonies of Punjab. They have bought a few Kashmiri leaders and are deciding the fate of this paradise on earth. People of Kashmir are richest in resources yet, living in worst of the conditions.Bottom of Form

Please get your facts right. Majority of PTI protesters in Islamabad are Pakhtuns, not Punjabis. Go see for yourself. Oh wait, you can't because you're in the UK.
